KOL Attribution
Multi-KOL mode lets a blogger attribute orders to a specific KOL (staff / live host), making it easy to track each KOL's sales performance and monthly commission.
Enabling Multi-KOL Mode
- Profile → Business Mode
- Tick "Multi-KOL Mode"
- Set how many FB / IG Pages each KOL can bind
⚠️ In single-KOL mode (the default) all orders are attributed to the blogger; no setup needed.
Core Concepts
| KOL | The blogger's staff / live host / assistant — the person a sale is attributed to |
| KOL Page | The KOL's FB / IG page — whichever page a customer comments / orders on, the order goes to that KOL |
| Attribution | Each order is linked to a specific KOL (via source_page) |
| Commission Rate | Each KOL's own sales commission % |
What Changes After Enabling
- A "KOL Management" menu appears in the sidebar
- Orders are auto-attributed by the page the order came from
- The monthly settlement page gains a "KOL Commission" breakdown
- KOL performance reports can be exported separately
