ShipEasy Courier System
NS16 connects to multiple couriers through the ShipEasy logistics platform.
Supported Couriers
Ninja Van, J&T Express, Pos Malaysia, DHL eCommerce, Skynet and more.
Prerequisites
- API Key and Secret must be configured on the ShipEasy platform
- Set up the warehouse sender address in System Settings
- A default courier can be specified in settings
Shipping Flow
- Click "Ship" on the order detail page
- The system reads the sender and recipient addresses
- Calls the ShipEasy API to create a consignment
- Gets the tracking number and waybill link
- The order is automatically updated to "Shipped"
- The system automatically notifies the customer via Messenger (with the tracking link)
Cancelling a Consignment
If you need to cancel after shipping:
- Click "Cancel Consignment" on the order detail page
- ShipEasy refunds to the merchant wallet automatically
- NS16 clears the waybill info
Note: The NS16 shipping fee (paid by the customer) and the ShipEasy shipping cost (paid by the merchant) are calculated separately and do not affect each other.
